Ada suatu waktu, dimana keluarga saya begitu pas pasan nya, hingga kami bisa makan layak 3x sehari pun terasa sangat mewah, gak peduli dengan lauk apa. Pokoknya bisa ganjel perut. Di waktu-waktu inilah, saya jarang bisa ketemu makanan istimewa, yang bisa dibilang enak, tidak seperti makanan saya biasanya. Sekalinya ketemu, bisa dipastikan itu adalah hasil dari kendurian atau hajatan, yang sering kali berupa satu kotak makanan berisi lemper, pastel, dan telur rebus.
Kini, keadaan saya mungkin sudah jauh lebih baik daripada masa-masa itu. Ketika saya sudah mulai bisa tersenyum simpul karena berhasil melewati masa-masa itu, tetap saja lemper, pastel dan telur rebus terasa begitu istimewa di lidah saya.
Istimewa memang tak selalu harus luar biasa.
