Jadi orang kedua memang selalu ribet… Bukan soal cintrong atau apa, tapi ini soal komputer. Curhat atau apa ya ini? Dibilang curhat juga boleh…
Jadi begini, ada seorang kenalan teman saya, yang gak terlalu paham soal komputer luar dalem. Beberapa waktu yang lalu, dia membeli komputer di sebuah toko di Ramai Mall. Saya maklum kalo Ibu itu, tidak terlalu ambil pusing soal spesifikasi, merek apa yang bagus dan sebagainya dan sebagainya. Dan dibelilah itu komputer oleh si ibu itu.
Beberapa saat berlalu, komputer itu rusak, dan ibu itu meminta bantuan teman saya, yang akhirnya meminta bantuan saya. Sebenere saya juga bukan ahlinya servis komputer ( –wong sama setrum saja takut). Tapi mengingat ibu itu sangat baik pada teman saya dan juga pada saya, maka saya iyakan saja untuk membenarkan beberapa kali servis ringan buat ibu itu.
Sampai belum lama ini, komputer itu rusak lagi, dan agak serius. Saya bingung untuk memberitahu ibu itu, kalau kerusakan kali ini mungkin memakan biaya agak banyak. Padahal, sebenarnya mungkin belum waktunya mengeluarkan biaya (lagi) untuk komputer itu.
Singkatnya, ibu itu beli komputer di toko yang bisa dibilang asal laku, kurang memperdulikan konsumennya. Asalkan selama masa garansi masih idup… Dan akhirnya, tukang servis keduanya yang harus bingung muter-muter. Saya mesti gimana memberitahukannya pada ibu itu, kalau mungkin kali ini habis banyak untuk komputernya, padahal belum sepantasnya dia keluar uang lagi. Saya bilang apa adanya, nanti kedengaran nonsense. Repoot…
