Oke, beberapa hari yang lalu, saya dikejar-kejar sales kartu kredit untuk membuat kartu kredit ditempat dia bekerja. Bank tempat saya menerima so called gaji, dan melakukan lebih dari setengah transaksi keuangan saya –yang meskipun tidak seberapa. Karena saya risih, akhirnya saya iyakan saja tawaran dia, dan mengisi formulir aplikasi.
Dan, horror pun dimulai dari sini. Beberapa hari setelah itu, dengan annoyingnya dia menelepon teman saya yang saya isi jadi referensi di aplikasi kartu tersebut. – saya isi karena sebuah keharusan. Sedikit “terpaksa” dan dalam rangka mengiyakan orang kredit tersebut. Istilahnya biar cepet. Pertanyaan-pertanyaan rese dan kurang tahu adat pun dilontarkan, mulai dari berapa lama kenal sampai gaji dan THP saya. Duh! Meskipun saya sudah ijin sama teman saya tersebut, ya tetep lah saya jadi gak enak ati.
Terror si tukang kartu ini gak berhenti sampai disitu, beberapa hari kemudian, dia pun nelpon bagian HRD tempat saya kerja. Tanya berapa lama saya kerja disitu, dan –sekali lagi— berapa gaji, total THP, dan berbagai macam detil saya. Bener-bener bikin saya emosi, dan gak enak hati sama anak HRD tempat saya kerja. Karena pertanyaannya kurang lebih seribet polisi yang nyari info buronan 😆
Kurang lebih seminggu kemudian, yaitu tadi siang, saya mendapatkan telpon yang cukup “WTF” itu tadi. For God sake, permohonan! Dan diucapkan dengan nada jual mahal. Kek saya ini desperately need that credit card.
Oke BCA, sampeyan bener-bener bikin saya emosi kali ini. Yang maksa maksa bikin kartu siapa, yang gengges bin annoying siapa, dan akhirnya yang jual mahal dan terkesan merendahkan siapa. Kalian jualan produk pinjaman, yang saya sendiri gak tahu bakal berapa limitnya – sepertinya tidak mungkin besar, dan ganggu nya setengah mampus.
Niat nawarin gak sih? Dan kanapa bagian datamining kalian oksimoron sekali? Bukankah gaji saya juga di transfer lewat bank kalian? Banyak transaksi saya mulai dari beli kopi sampai bayar ini itu juga lewat kalian? Dan permohonan?

Wahahahaha, emang menyebalkan kalo ketemu hal-hal kayak gini. Dilema, kartu kredit kadang memang dibutuhin buat transaksi, tapi sales personnya 'plintat-plintut' dan ngga nyariin solusi ya..
Sebetulnya enak lho, punya CC, buat yang domisili di Jakarta, imo. Karena tawaran2 keuntungan pas pake kartunya bisa dimanfaatkan bener-bener ketimbang pake CC di Jogja. Diskon di toko sini, diskon di hotel situ, buy 1 get 1 free, begitu di Jogja…? Belum pada buka! 😀 *pasrah*
eng… kalau saya sendiri sih belum begitu butuh benefit benefitnya itu. jarang jalan juga sih ya. kalau soal transaksi (terutama online) mungkin agak sedikit butuh juga, tapi gak segitunya.
yang paling menyebalkan ya itu, sudahnya mereka annoying setengah mati, ganggu orang-orang sekitar, eh ujung-ujungnya digitukan… duh!
