Sampeyan punya hape masih garansi, tapi sudah ndak beres kerjanya? Ya bawa ke service center! Selama kerusakan itu bukan karena kesalahan sampean, ongkos service dan sparepart gratis tis tis.
Itu idealnya, tapi seringkali ada saja hal yang tidak berjalan dengan semestinya. Ambil contoh, seorang teman saya pernah nyerpisken hape nokia nya sampe 9 bulan. Atau juga keluhan bakule jangan, pokoke ada-ada saja! Ndak mengenal merk, atau distributor.
Saya kurang tahu soal service center selain dari Sony Ericsson, –meskipun sedikit banyak tahu tentang distribusinya–. Oleh sebab itu, kali ini saya rasan-rasan saja soal yang saya tahu saja. Kalo soal service center ya Sony Ericsson itu tadi.
Pertama kali, carilah service center resmi di kota sampeyan. Kalau sampeyan tidak tahu, atau ragu, bisa ditanyakan ke SE Support Indonesia di +62212701388. Trus, apa yang sekiranya dibutuhkan? Bawa saja, hapenya –ya jelas lah–, lalu bawa kartu garansi, juga nota pembelian. Itu saja, yang lain bawa saja kalo diminta –biasanya kalau hape itu rusak parah atau cacat produk, kelengkapan lain diminta dibawa, agar hape nya diganti baru–. Nha, setelah hape masuk, kita akan mendapat tanda terima yang didalamnya ada nomer RO, alias Repair Order. Simpan baik-baik tanda terima ini, dan tanyakan berapa hari bakal jadi. Lalu datanglah kembali pada hari yang dijanjikan. Seharusnya, semuanya sudah selesai dengan baik dan benar.
Kalau ada masalah, atau penundaan yang tentunya kurang menyenangkan, jangan terburu-buru mencabut klaim garansi sampeyan. Ajukan komplain ke SE Support di +62212701388, sebutkan nomor RO dan dimana nyervisnya –itulah gunanya bertanya dahulu dimana service center resmi–.
Setelah diservis, sebelum meninggalkan service center, cek baik-baik hape sampeyan, mungkin ada yang mengganjal, atau kurang beres. Seperti pada beberapa kasus, teknisi lupa memasang kembali segel, sehingga kita tidak bisa mengajukan klaim lagi bila nantinya ada kerusakan lagi, dan masih dalam masa garansi.
Kalo semuanya oke, nikmati kembali hape sampeyan –kayak apa wae–. Semoga sedikit tips ini bisa berguna.

Today, I went to the beach front with my children.
